We’ll gradually increase our walking time and intensity over 7 days to build stamina and make movement a natural part of our routine. Here’s what your week will look like:

📅 DAY 1: 30-minute brisk walk – Find your rhythm!
📅 DAY 2: 30-minute walk – Add light arm movements.
📅 DAY 3: 30-minute walk – Incorporate short bursts of faster walking.
📅 DAY 4: 30-minute walk – Focus on deep breathing & posture.
📅 DAY 5: 35-minute walk – Add a slight incline or extra speed.
📅 DAY 6: 40-minute walk – Reflect on how far you’ve come!
📅 DAY 7: 45-minute celebration walk – You did it! 🎉

This is all about consistency, progress, and feeling good in your body!
